If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from date of receiving for a refund or exchange provided it is in as new condition and in its original packaging.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item in error or the item is faulty.
Refunds will not be processed until we have received any returned items. Refunds will then be processed by the same payment method as the original order.
Please note: Unless faulty the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements.

We shall not be responsible where any failure or delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, fires, strikes, and failure of postal service.
